FX 991? PCR Micro Fluorophotometer uses the halogen as the optical source; single optical channel; plugging mode filter; digital displaying and thermal printing. Because of simple operation, convenient maintenance and stable performance, it can be applied to any need of fluorescence analysis.
It also can be transformed between concentration and fluorescence intensity by the curvilinear regression (quadric curve and point to point curve). The result can be output by thermal printer and RS232 interface. .
